How Ultimate is played
- Two teams of seven players on the field
- Field: 100 m long × 37 m wide
- End zones 18 m deep at each end
- No contact and no running with the disc
A team scores by completing a pass to a teammate inside the opposing end zone. After each point, teams switch direction. There are no referees: players make their own calls under the Spirit of the Game.
